As parents, we face the double whammy: building and sustaining our own reserves of resilience whilst attempting to do the same for our children. And at a time when there are growing concerns about our collective ability to manage stress and combat negative thinking, and a greater focus on happiness and wellbeing, we need practical solutions.
This small group workshop focuses on developing an understanding of what we mean by resilience and why it’s so important – for us and our children; exploring the 4 key elements of resilience including how to develop a growth mindset and self-care; and practical ideas for building resilience, growing confidence and reaching our potential.
