RESILIENT WOMEN GROUP COACHING PROGRAMME

A 5 month programme designed to give you time, space and support to pause, to think and be heard, and to move forward with greater self-awareness, confidence and resilience.

I’ll be joined by fellow coach, Hannah Turner, giving you access to 2 coaches throughout the programme, and working with a small group (maximum 14 people), we’ll support you with:

  • Getting clear on your values
  • Developing a growth mindset
  • Boosting your confidence and
  • Practising self-care.

It’s a combination that’s helped me through some of my most challenging times, and I’ve seen it work time and time again for others.

The programme consists of 5 x 90 minute online group coaching sessions, incorporating 1:1 coaching time, and a Resilience Journal full of resources.
